Who owns NAMFS Academy?

NAMFS Academy is owned and operated by the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, Inc. (NAMFS) and runs on the Aspen Grove Solutions eLearning platform.

How do I sign up for a class?

From the home page menu, select Register or Click here for the registration link. Complete the required fields and then submit. You will then receive an email to confirm your account creation, click the link in the email to activate and access your account. Select the Buy A Course link, and click on the course title you wish to complete. Once you have selected the course(s) please add to your cart and then complete the purchase by filling out the credit card information and enter a discount code if applicable.

What credit cards do you accept? Do you accept PayPal?

We accept Visa and MasterCard ONLY. We do not accept PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

Are there set times and dates the class meets?

All of our classes are available online and are self-paced. You can sign in at any time your schedule allows.

How do the classes work?

Our classes are online. You can sign on from any computer with internet access. We do require you to have Adobe’s Flash Player installed on your computer – most computers already have this free software. If you do not have Adobe Flash player, you may download it here.

I have a question about a class before I enroll, who do I contact?

Most questions are addressed in this FAQ. If not, contact NAMFS via email or phone 888-292-6831 extension 6.

How do I log in to my course?

The home page has a Login link at the top right of the page.

Is my login on NAMFS Academy the same as on the NAMFS website?

No. The academy is a separate system and you will need to create a new account for the NAMFS Academy.

I forgot my name/password, how do I reset them?

You can click on the forgot password link then provide your email address for the registered account and a new password will be emailed.

Do I have to take my Final Certification exam(s) in one sitting?

Yes; however you may take the final exam(s) up to 4 times.  For ALL other items, the system will automatically save your progress to allow for completion across multiple sessions.

Who is eligible to take these courses?

These courses are available to anyone who wishes to take them. NAMFS members are entitled to a discount found when logged in on the Academy page of the NAMFS website.

What is the course pricing information?

The courses range from $50-$150 for NON-NAMFS Members.

NAMFS Members pricing ranges from $25-$100 by entering a discount code during the purchase.  This discount code is found on the Academy page of the NAMFS website when logged in.
